Alex began Prospect Direct to solve what he viewed as widespread inefficiency with the B2B sales process. As Vice President of International Development for Which Wich, a 400+ unit franchise chain, he has experienced firsthand the time, effort, and expense it takes to find qualified prospects. After teaming up with Mohammed, the vision was born for easy-to-use software fueled by the highest quality “decision maker” data that gets results.
Mohammed leads the technology and research side of Prospect Direct, as well as being co-founder of the company. He oversees a team of developers tasked with providing clean data and rich features that are intuitive for customers. Prior to Prospect Direct®, he developed innovative software for Fortune 500 companies such as American Airlines, Sprint, and Delphi.
Connie Wallis, CFE
Connie leads Prospect Direct’s sales team, where she establishes and maintains relationships with franchise clients and strategic partners. Prior to joining Prospect Direct, Connie spent over 13 years in franchise development closing hundreds of deals for franchisors like Dunkin Brands and Which Wich. Connie utilizes her in-depth franchise knowledge to help clients identify their target audience and ultimately close deals with ideal franchisees.
Another franchise industry veteran, David spent over 12 years working his way up the corporate ladder at TGI Friday’s. When Alex heard David was making a move, he immediately gave him a call – and the rest is history. David is responsible for the inner workings of Prospect Direct, connecting the technology, marketing, and project management elements of the business to ensure timely launches and seamless lead delivery to clients.
Gonesh leads a team of data specialists that support the research side of the business. Clean and accurate data is a major part of Prospect Direct’s secret sauce, allowing for precise audience targeting across multiple channels. While plenty of AI and software elements are present to process and automate most steps, Gonesh is the key human eye that makes sure things are flowing smoothly and exceptions are being managed.
Rick assists the executive team with business strategy and planning. His extensive network and experience in B2B sales and business development are invaluable in keeping Prospect Direct on track while it grows and evolves. Rick spent over 2 decades growing companies from proof of concept to vibrant businesses and was part of the core leadership team that took eRewards from $1.5M to $250M in annual revenue in a 7 year period.
