Issuing a credit for a lead will be considered under the following guidelines:
- Does not meet the custom geographic parameters set by client in Criteria Form specifications
- Prospect is a vendor showing interest only to sell their product or a service
- The prospect is seeking employment
- The prospect’s interest is in franchising their own company
Credit requests must be submitted within 7 days after the lead is received.
